No one can rock 70 the way Amitabh Bachchan has managed to. He is the true Shehansha of Bollywood and even at the age of 76, the veteran actor is one of the fittest in Bollywood. His last offering before Badla titled Thugs of Hindostan proved that he is no less than any of the young actors when it comes to doing action scenes or looking absolutely fine! But what if we told you we know his secret! Yes, Amitabh Bachchan’s fitness to mantra is finally revealed.

So, in order to be fit,  Big B follows a strict vegetarian diet and makes sure that he hits the gym every day. He has a disciplined lifestyle and no matter where he is, he never forgets to exercise. AB loves food and has a sweet tooth. But in the past few years, he has refrained himself from eating Indian sweets and cakes/pastries as well.

Big B has always had a hectic schedule but there is one thing he’s maintained in his life consistently. Since the beginning of his career, he has always carried a lunch box! For breakfast, he has beans sprouts. Occasionally he even eats corn flakes or muesli with milk or yogurt. Hard-boiled eggs are loved by the actor and tea, coffee and alcohol are a big no. He prefers home cooked food over anything else.

On the work front, Amitabh will make his Tamil debut with SJ Suryah’s film titled Uyarntha Manithan. The film is being helmed by Tamizhvaanan of Kalvanin Kaadhali fame. Big B is also a part of Nagraj Manjule’s Jhund and will be seen in Ayan Mukerji’s Brahmastra alongside Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt.
