Avengers: Endgame, Infinity War and Baahubali 2 share THIS coincidence

Avengers: Endgame released yesterday and while the film has already broken records, there is a sheer coincidence that the film shared with its earlier instalment Avengers Infinity War and the Indian blockbuster Baahubali 2: The Conclusion.

April seems to have turned out a very lucky month for films and we have more than one reason for it. And it might be a coincidence that the all the three films released in the same month, what is more surprising is that they all released on the same day which is the last Friday of the month. Maybe the day is turning out to be a lucky one and we can already imagine filmmakers fighting for it. Point to be noted is that the films released on a non-holiday and still went on to make the numbers they have.

Baahubali 2’s domestic collection was Rs 510.99 crores, Infinity War’s was Rs 227.43 crore. For the ones who don’t know, Baahubali 2 released on April 28, 2017, Avengers: Infinity War released on April 27, 2018 and Avengers: endgame released on April 26, 2019.
