Bigg Boss Telugu: Another actress accused organizers of sexual harassment

Bigg Boss Telugu organisers have been getting into trouble since few days. Earlier, journalist Swetha Reddy filed a complaint against the Bigg Boss Telugu organisers alleging sexual harassment and now actor Gayathri Gupta also filed a complaint against them.

Gayathri submitted a complaint to the Banjara Hills police on July 14 and said that she received a call from Raghu, one of the coordinators, with a proposal to participate in season three of the reality show. Agreeing to the proposal, she met the organisers including Abhishek, Ravikanth and Raghu to confirm her payment and sign on the papers. Owing to this, she rejected two films as it was clearly stated that she cannot take up any other project while she is in the Bigg Boss house for 100 days.

She added, “Abhishek then went on to ask me if I was ready to stay away from my phone and asked how I could live for 100 days without sex. I didn’t understand why he had to ask me such a personal and inappropriate question. Abhishek then asked me what I could do in order to impress the boss.”

An FIR has been registered against Ravikanth and Abhishek under Section 354A (iv) of IPC (making sexually coloured remarks, shall be guilty of the offence of sexual harassment). According to the FIR, on June 25 she received a call from Ravikanth stating that she was no longer a part of the Bigg Boss show. For more news and updates on the show, stay tuned to CineBlitz.
