Vicky Kaushal’s career is on a constant upswing and now with URI: The Surgical Strike being the first hit of the year and his highest opening as a lead till date, he’s cemented his stakes as an actor. But besides making waves on the professional front, the actor is making news for his personal life. Vicky is rumouredly dating actress Harleen Sethi and the actor almost confirmed it today as he went live on a social media handle. Today after Vicky made his debut in the world of insta lives, he went live on Instagram for the first time this noon. Fans were naturally thrilled and wishes for his success continued to pour in all through, as the fans expressed their love for the actor.
But amidst all these infinite comments what grabbed our attention was actress Kishwer Merchantt’s comment. Kishwer dropped in the live chat and commented, “You and Harleen look so good together.” Vicky read that and blushed and then in a very controlled way said, “thank you Kishwer, I read what you wrote.” Was this a confirmation? We would think so, but would love to hear it from them too. Earlier when he appeared on Karan Johar’s chat show, he had confessed that he is dating someone and it is serious this time.
Also yesterday Harleen on her Instagram handle posted a picture of them together twinning in the Uri-themed hoodies which was adorable. With him going all out and dropping serious hints, we think he may well be on the way to making the ‘rumoured’ tag ‘official’ soon.
On the work front, Vicky’s recent release Uri is turning out to be a big success at the box office, as well as with the audience. The film has already earned around Rs 70 crore and is entering its second week. There is an untitled film for which he is shooting right now and then there is the Dharma Productions magnum opus Takht in pipeline.
