Disha Patani, who was last seen performing some really cool action scenes in Bharat, is well-known for her workout routines. Just like her alleged boyfriend Tiger Shroff, the actress is a fitness enthusiast. Now Disha opened up about one of her exercise routine gone wrong and it affected her life the most.
Talking to a news portal, Disha revealed that she lost her memory after the head injury while training on a concrete terrace floor. “I lost six months of my life because I couldn’t remember anything,” told the actress. But this hasn’t stopped her from training. Talking about her love for fitness, Disha said, “When I am not shooting, I alternate between practising gymnastics and MMA in the week. MMA is relatively easier. But for gymnastics, you have to be both, consistent and brave. It has taken me a while to reach where I am. You have to do it every day. (Only when) you break your bones and knees do you reach somewhere.” She started practising gymnastics three years ago.
