IPL 2019: Shah Rukh Khan celebrates KKR’s victory over Sunrisers Hyderabad in style

As last night (24 March) saw the victory of the Kolkata Knight Riders, the fans were too bowled over by their win. It was not just the fans, but also co-owners Shah Rukh Khan and Juhi Chawla who were delighted to see their team’s victory against Sunrisers Hyderabad and were also seen cheering and applauding their team from the stands. The match took place at the Eden Gardens Stadium where the teams were also seen practising a day before the big day. Certainly, a great start for the team and a time for celebration for SRK and Juhi.

If you’re one of the fans and watched the match last night, you’d know how intense and nail-biting it was between the players while the audience watched in gravely. In between, it even seemed as if it was impossible for KKR to secure the win. While Kolkata Knight Riders had chosen to ball first, they had a slow-paced start for their innings. As we told you, at a point it seemed as if KKR could not secure for a win, well guess what, all-rounder Andre Russell who played an inning 49 on 19 balls changed the course for the team and lead them towards victory. KKR won by six wickets.

On the other hand, there was a special moment as well. As we all know, how generous and sweet King Khan is, after the match, he was seen hugging a differently-abled super fan Harshul Goenka.
