Is Nafisa Ali Sodhi cancer free? Find out!

Nafisa Ali Sodhi, who starred in Tigmanshu Dhulia’s Saheb Biwi Aur Gangster 3, in the role of Sanjay Dutt’s mother, was diagnosed with stage 3 cancer last year. She had taken to Instagram to inform people about her condition and as soon as she announced it, a wave of prayers and wishes started pouring in.

Now, after a while, Nafisa took to the micro-blogging site again today (May 18) to inform her fans about her health. Her Instagram post said, “18th May, Just wanted to say thank you to life and for all your prayers, that gave me the confidence to fearlessly go for my 3rd PET scan today, that showed no visible signs of cancer. My PET scan is cancer free. Check out her post:

18th May .. Just wanted to say thank you to life and for all your prayers, that gave me the confidence to fearlessly go for my 3rd PET scan today, that showed no visible signs of cancer … My PET scan is cancer free .😊Finished 6 Chemotherapy’s and own a huge surgery scar of 20” on my abdomen ( vertically). Peritoneal Cancer is a rare aggressive form of cancer but with my family’s support, friends , well wishers and all your prayers, plus my amazing ‘Team of Doctors ‘ I was able to face this challenge. So much to do in this world, it’s exciting and I am feeling blessed . Thank you beautiful world .
