While many celebrities like Hema Malini, Kirron Kher, Shatrughan Sinha, Urmila Matondkar, Sunny Deol, Prakash Raj, Nusrat Jahan and Jaya Prada are contesting for this year’s elections. Today (May 23) is the D-day for results will be announced for this Lok Sabha Elections. While we have seen BJP sweeping maximum seats victoriously, Bollywood has started pouring many congratulations as well to PM Narendra Modi.
Anupam Kher took to Twitter saying that, “Today, the future of India will be even brighter in this festival of democracy. Jai Ho.” Riteish Deshmukh wrote, “India has decided- Democracy needs to be celebrated. Many Congratulations to our Hon Prime Minister@narendramodi Ji on this huge verdict.” Other celebs to congratulate Modi were Ekta Kapoor, Asha Bhosale, Rajinikanth and Telugu star Nikhil Siddhartha.
