Prem Soni clarifies no rights of Radha Kyon Gori Main Kyon Kaala were assigned to Prernaa Arora; issues public notice

We exclusively revealed to you that director Prem Soni has turned into a full time producer for his upcoming film, Radha Kyon Gori Main Kyon Kaala. The movie which stars Iulia Vantur is all set to go on floors in March, but before that the filmmaker wanted to clear a major obstacle. For those of you who do not know, Prem Soni was going to co-produce the film along with Studio Five Elements which comprised of Prernaa Arora, Arjun N Kapoor, amongst others. However, after Prernaa was put behind bars, the film was put on hold. With no clarity on when she will come out and with no clarity on their backing, Prem decided to fly solo.

Prem decided to bankroll Radha Kyon Gori Main Kyon Kaala. This means he would direct as well as produce the film. However, what if Prernaa came out of prison and claimed rights to the film? Well to clear that doubt and to completely resolve the issue, Prem Soni issued a public notice. In the notice, he clarified that he is the only right holder of the title and script of the film. He even mentioned that he had not assigned any right to Studio Five Elements or Prernaa Arora or Arjun N Kapoor. Check out the notice he sent out right here!

In the meantime, the prerparation for Radha Kyon Gori Main Kyon Kaala is in full swing. Iulia Vantur will kickstart the Mathura schedule of the movie in March. Post that, they will move to Delhi and complete the film in Europe. The host turned singer is making her Bollywood debut with this one.
