Ranveer Singh and Karan Johar taught Will Smith THESE things – watch video

By now you all must have seen the Will Smith video that has been trending on the internet since morning. Last year, the Hollywood superstar was in India to shoot for his reality show called Bucket List. For the same, he met up with Gully Boy star Ranveer Singh and the two had a blast together as the B-town hunk taught him quite a few things about Bollywood. To further build his knowledge about Hindi film industry, the American actor-rapper met Kalank producer Karan Johar. And together, KJo, Ranveer and Will talked about all things Bollywood.

In the video, which has become the hottest topic of discussion, Will is seen having a hardcore conversation about Hindi movies with the two biggies and tries to understand the ethos behind Bollywood films. Their conversation soon turns about how Bollywood is quite intertwined with religion and spirituality to which Karan agrees. Then Ranveer and Johar explain Will the importance of “Dialogue Baazi” in Hindi movies and he is seen drooling all over this new outlook towards movie making. Karan further explains how morality plays a big factor in Bollywood movies, giving the example of Deewar. In fact, Ranveer even enacts the iconic Amitabh Bachchan scene from Deewar just for Will. KJo also tells Smith that cinema is a dramatization of reality and the films are a form of escapism for most moviegoers. Now that’s one hell of an interesting conversation, right peeps?

While Will Smith had a good time in India last year shooting for his show, the actor has always been fond of Bollywood movies and he recently even congratulated Ranveer on social media for doing a film like Gully Boy. Singh was obviously on cloud nine and thanked Will for sending across a lovely message for him on social media. Guess the two stars have already formed a friendship. In that case, let’s hope they come together for a film soon because that would absolutely EPIC!
