Ranbir Kapoor – Alia Bhatt’s Brahmastra is one of the most exciting films of the year. In fact, the logo launch of the film, that took place at the Kumbh Mela 2019, has generated a lot of buzz. The official logo was revealed again today (March 6) along with a teaser video. And we have to say it looks and feels really intriguing. The makers reassured us that the movie will hit the screens during Christmas 2019. This makes us wonder if it is ready to have a mega box office clash with Salman Khan’s Dabangg 3?

Yes, from what we hear, Salman Khan’s Dabangg 3 is scheduled for a Christmas 2019 release. Producer Arbaaz Khan had revealed that they plan to kick-start shoot by May. From what we hear, they should wrap up by September and release the cop drama during Christmas. This is similar to what they did during Dabangg 2. If everything goes according to plan, then Salman Khan’s Dabangg 3 will have a showdown with Ranbir Kapoor’s Brahmastra. Both the films will not only divide the screens and audience, but it will also affect the opening business of both the films. However, in their lifetime run, they might recover it. One thing that makes us believe that this can be avoided is the fact that Dabangg 3 has still not gone on floor. Brahmastra Part 1, on the other hand, is ready.

Brahmastra Part 1 is the first part of the superhero fantasy trilogy. In the logo video, Amitabh Bachchan also dropped a major spoiler. He mentions how Ranbir Kapoor’s character Shiva is the only one who can see the Brahmastra because he is a part of the last battle where it was used.
