Shocking! Avengers: Endgame’s day 4 collection is bigger than Kalank, Uri, Kesari and Gully Boy’s day 1 collection

Marvels’ latest release, Avengers: Endgame has gone on a record breaking run at the worldwide box office. But that was always expected, right? However, you have to sit down and read this one! In India too, Avengers: Endgame has been breaking records left, right and centre. But what we uncovered today (April 30) is unheard of! We all know Bollywood/ Hindi movies is the preferred choice for Indians. So you don’t see a Hollywood release breaking all sorts off records on a daily basis, right? Well, Avengers: Endgame did! But what surprises us even more is that Avengers: Endgame‘s day 4 box office collection is bigger than Kalank, Uri, Kesari and Gully Boy‘s day 1 collection.

Everyone knows the opening day collection is generally the highest for any Hindi release, unless you have a holiday in between! And a first Monday collection or a day 4 collection is when your movie generally dips massively. But looks like even after a dip, the day 4 or first Monday collection of Avengers: Endgame (Rs 31.05 crore) was miles ahead of Kalank (Rs 21.60 crore), Kesari (Rs 21.06 crore), Gully Boy (Rs 19.40 crore) and Uri‘s (Rs 8.20 crore) opening! Shocking, isn’t it? And it was no sweat for the Marvel release. Just 2800 plus screens and earning this massive amount! It is as if they are showing off. What’s your take?
