AYUSHMANN KHURRANA- ANDHADHUN

Andhadhun, which released last year and was declared a hit in India, is now set to wow the audience in China. Directed by Sriram Raghavan, the comedy crime thriller not only impressed the critics big time but also got cash registers ringing at the Indian box office. No wonder, Andhadhun turned out to be one of the sleeper hits of 2018. Ayushmann Khurrana, who played the role of a pianist pretending to be blind, was lauded for his terrific performance by one and all. Even Radhika Apte’s act was appreciated but how can we forget Tabu, right peeps? As a cold-hearted murderer, the National award-winning actress was as brilliant as Ayushmann.

In fact, Andhadhun in a way was a path-breaking film in every aspect – be it the story, the suspense, the performances or even the ending. While Raghvan’s directorial venture will certainly remain one of the most well-made films of recent times, the makers have now got the green signal to release the comedy thriller in China. Andhadhun will be hitting the screens on April 3 and believe it or not, the film will be releasing in more than 5000 screens across China. Yes, that’s a very big screen count. This piece of news was announced on the official Twitter handle of the Andhadhun film just a while back. The Chinese poster of the film was also shared on the micro-blogging site and it’s quite intriguing as it shows Ayushmann wearing glasses but at the same time it’s pretty evident that he isn’t blind.

The poster is thoughtful and well made, but it won’t be understood until you observe it very carefully. Anyway, while we think the Chinese audience will love Andhadhun, for now, here’s wishing the entire team of the film good luck for its big release in China. Also, let us know in the comments section below what you think about the Chinese poster of Andhadhun. Until then, stay tuned to CineBlitz for more Bollywood news and gossip.
