It’s no secret that the Russo brothers have always gone above and beyond to make sure no spoilers are leaked from their films. From putting out a statement for their fans and urging them to not divulge any information to not allowing certain cast members to read the whole script, the filmmakers have done it all. But this time they truly outdid themselves by withholding the entire Avengers: Endgame script from all the Avengers except one. And that Avenger was none other than RDJ himself.

Being an MCU veteran and one of the original leading men in the franchise, it only makes sense that Robert Downey Jr. was the who got to read the entire script of the final film in the series. In fact, no other cast member has got this privilege! However, the future of Iron Man in potential MCU films hangs in the air as Avengers: Infinity War hinted at a potential end to his, Thor and Captain America’s storyline.
