Ranveer Singh aka our Gully Boy has always found a piece of his heart in music. Be it his film Gully Boy or his Freddie Mercury photoshoot in Switzerland, the actor has always tried to do his bit for music. In fact, in one of his earlier films, Ranveer had even rapped for the title track (Ladies Vs. Ricky Bahl) Adding another feather to his hat, the Simmba actor is now all set to launch his very own music label. Yes, that’s right. Going by the name IncInk, Ranveer will help blooming artists from all around the world to showcase their talent in music. This marks his venture as a global entrepreneur and we are sure that his fans are as excited as he is.
In a post on his social media page, Ranveer even mentioned in his caption how excited he is. It read, “Launch day got me like,” and attached a very “Ranveer” style photo to it. Ranveer has joined hands with filmmaker/musician Navzar Eranee to start this journey. The 33-year-old actor even revealed that initially they will launch some raw, immensely talented, new rap and hip-hop artists and will help bring out the real poets of our generation through these rap stars. He feels that the rap culture in India is growing and people who love this art should get the right kind of recognition. Well, this sure is good news and we hope Ranveer excels in this as well.
Interestingly, the team at IncInk will also drop a song today. Titled Zeher, the first single will introduce three talents – Kaam Bhaari, SlowCheeta and Spitfire. Ranveer has also registered a production name titled Maa Kasam Films LLP. Apart from this, Ranveer is all set to bowl the audience with his performance in Kabir Khan’s 83, the prep for which has already started. Well, looks like 2019 is going to be one busy year for this all-rounder! In the meantime, stay tuned to CineBlitz for more updates, news and gossip from the world of Bollywood.
