Karan Oberoi Rape Case: Victim gets attacked in Mumbai – read details

Troubles don’t seem to end for TV actor Karan Oberoi. While the actor has been dealing with the rape and blackmailing accusations, a rather unfortunate incident has now occurred which might put Karan in more trouble further. As per latest updates, the victim (a 38-year-old woman astrologer and fashion designer) was recently attacked by two bike-borne men yesterday morning around 6:30 am. It is said that she was attacked by a sharp object and was injured in the episode.

Following the attack, the victim filed a police complaint at Oshiwara and also stated that an anonymous letter was thrown at her asking her to take her case back. The victim claimed that all this happened at Oshiwara back road when she headed for a morning walk. Now we will have to see, how things shape up on this front.

For those who don’t know, Inside Edge actor Karan Oberoi was arrested in the first week of May with charges of rape and blackmailing. He was also accused of trying to extort money from the victim on malicious grounds. The last update on the case was that Karan’s bail plea was rejected. Now with a new incident occurring we will have to wait and watch.
