Recently, she was on Arbaaz Khan’s chat show Pinch and she spoke her heart out against trolls. There are boons and repercussions of social media and everyone is familiar with it, even the ones who are not on social media. To avoid unnecessary social media pressure, Kareena stays off social channels, but she still has to face mean comments and reactions. Bebo has accepted that she has a secret online identity through which she gets her updates about the latest social media happenings.
Arbaaz Khan’s upcoming show Pinch is based on the effects of social media. On the show, Bollywood celebs will be reading hate comments about themselves out loud and reacting to those. One of the comments on social media called Kareena Kapoor ‘aunty.’ Here’s the comment, “You are Aunty now don’t act like a teenager.” To this, Kareena replied that people think that actors and celebrities don’t have any feelings and they feel like they can say anything about them. Looks like she was really upset with it and she honestly spoke out against it. Watch the video here:
Many Bollywood celebs will be seen on the show, like Karan Johar, Nawazuddin Siddiqui, Sunny Leone, Sonakshi Sinha and Kapil Sharma. We also get to witness Kapil Sharma taking a mean comment quite sportingly. One person commented saying, “Does this joker think that PM of India is his private secretary? He doesn’t even know where to complaint.” Instead of getting offended or feeling bad, Kapil took this comment in his stride and laughed it off. The show will be aired on March 12th online.
