Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety star, Kartik Aaryan, who delighted us with his acting in the film, is now set to dazzle us once again with his upcoming movie, Luka Chuppi. Kartik just shared le premier poster of the film featuring Kriti Sanon. By the looks of the flick, Kartik and Kriti are trying their level best to keep the secret concealed and not only that, he also, finally announced that the trailer of Luka Chuppi will be out tomorrow (January 24) and we can barely contain our excitement. How about you all?

Whilst sharing his post, Kartik captioned it, “Pakde jayenge ya denge sabko chakma? Presenting the first poster of #LukaChuppi ️? Trailer Out Tomorrow ? @kritisanon #DineshVijan @MaddockFilms @PVijan @sharadakarki @laxman.utekar #PankajTripathi @aparshakti_khurana #VinayPathak @tseries.official @officialjiocinema” The story line is still undercover but the desi romantic comedy is travelling to places like Mathura, Agra and Gwalior. We think that they just want to play games with us but all in all, who doesn’t love the chase, right?

The film has been directed by cinematographer, Laxman Utekar who was a cinematographer for prior hits like Blue, Dear Zindagi and English Vinglish and Lukka Chuppi will be his directorial debut. Albeit, the plot of the film has not been revealed yet but it is said that Kartik will be playing the character of  a star reporter from a local TV channel while Kriti on the other hand, will portray a Mathura girl who had gone to Delhi for her studies but is back home. Also, being upfront about their characterisation, producer Dinesh Vijan said that, “While Kartik is the quintessential good boy every girl wants to take home to mamma, Kriti represents today’s youth who advocate gender equality and have their own ideology.” All that is required in this film is the equation that will create chemistry. Kartik and Kriti maybe tight-lipped but we definitely can’t hold our excitement in. The film is slated to release on March 1 and will clash with Sushant Singh Rajput’s Sonchiriya.
