Richa Chadha is not making public appearances because of THIS reason

Recently, Richa Chadha stormed the social media when the makers of her film Shakeela released a calendar showcasing the actress in 12 different avatars. But apart from the Shakeela biopic, which is directed by Indrajit Lankesh, Richa has few more films lined up this year. In fact, the actress been shooting non-stop for the last few months dabbling between difficult characters, each far diverse from the other. But currently it’s her film Section 375 that’s keeping her busy. In the film, which is a courtroom drama, Richa plays the role of a lawyer. Apart from her, Section 375 also features Akshaye Khanna in the lead.

Interestingly, the 32-year-old is so engrossed in shooting the film that she doesn’t want to lose her focus and has therefore decided to not make any public appearances in the coming weeks. Richa wants to stay in her character and she feels keeping a low profile will help her in doing so. Speaking about the same, Richa said, “I want to stay in the zone of my character. We did a massive portion of court room sequences which needed me to stay focus, as it needed for me to be in the element and be in the character which was high on emotions.”

She further added, “Shooting for court room scenes needs a lot of channeling of emotions and thus my life was all about going to the sets and back home. I haven’t met anyone or been part of any social gatherings as I want to maintain a low profile for this period.” Guess Richa is one of those actors who believes in going into the skin of the character. Good for her, isn’t it. Anyway, we think Richa who delivered a fine performance in her last film Love Sonia, will surely nail her role in Section 375 as well.
