A Bollywood actress accuses Aditya Pancholi of rape – read details

Troubles don’t seem to end for Aditya Pancholi, for a Bollywood actress has once again filed an FIR against the actor-producer with charges of rape, today (June 27). Reportedly, the actress filed a case against Aditya at the Versova police station for an incident that occurred 10 years ago. The police have registered a case under IPC section 376.

In her complaint the actress mentioned that she was raped by Aditya at several occasions when she was 17. She also reported being abused and beaten. The actress had filed a complaint earlier also, but Aditya slapped her and her sister with a defamation suit. In his defence, Aditya said that the two had also come to him, asking him to take back the defamation case. According to the police the case is not strong as the incident happened 10 years back and there are no reliable proofs to it.
